Shinrin Yoku, or ‘‘forest bathing,’’ is an immersive nature experience that combines guided walking and moments of silence to reconnect body and mind. Over approximately 2 hours, you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and soak in the sounds, smells, and textures of the forest. This activity is open to everyone and allows you to:
